Simon responded promptly to my request. He had great ideas on how to fix my basketball post that was knocked down, making sure to brace it well for safety. I think in the end it’s more stable than before! He was also kind and considerate with my family, which means so much! Also, he kept with his initial proposed fee. All prices are based on the costs of materials since the price of steel fluctuates rapidly, not forgetting workmanship! As mentioned before … We are open to negotiations …
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contracted a 30% deposit is required with the signing of the contract agreement! Upon completion the remaining 70% is collected upfront! We are open to negotiations so as to build long term relationships with all clients!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 40 Hrs / Fire-watch & Torch Training / Welding skill was attained from on the job training!
