- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible pricing for all our customers - we can do a full truck load, a per item price, or an hourly rate. End of the month is the busiest time for all moving companies so you are totally better off if you move before the 25th of any month or after the 2nd of any month. Our rates are designed in a way that the sooner you book your move - the cheaper the price will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Moving can be stressful, so we do most of the work for you. Here is a step by step guide for our process of working with a new customer. 1. We'll take down your information such as your name and the addresses they are moving to and from. 2. We'll go over your inventory, if you're unsure of your inventory we can face time with you or send over a moving representative to take the inventory for you. 3. Once we have these details, we will go over any extra services you may want: packing, unpacking, bins etc. Then you will receive a quote with no hidden fees. 4. A personal moving representative will be available to answer any questions before your move, should they come up. Such as if you have to adjust your inventory. 5. A confirmation of move is made the day before and will include the time your moves will arrive
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our drivers are required to pass a mandatory 2 weeks driver's course. All our movers are required to pass a mandatory 2 weeks training course (drivers get a total of 1 month of training in this case). Our sales personnel is consisted of either former movers or their close family members which have been in or close to the industry for quite some time.
