The individuals running this operation are scam artists. They quoted 100 dollars an hour as their price for moving and then told me 130 dollars an hour because it was less than 24 hours. Then when the individuals arrived they tried to tell me that it was a four hour minimum for the work. It was never communicated to me that there would be a four hour minimum when discussing pricing. Then when I complained they told me there would be a flat rate fee instead of an hourly minimum. However an addition to the flat rate fee they were also going to charge a service fee of 150 dollars which was also not communicated to me. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced and they were con artists trying to take advantage. Do not use them EVER.

On the day of move it was the 5th straight day where the feel like temp was over 100. I had a lot of heavy items to move as well as a very large volume to move too. These guys hustled, refused to take a cooling off break or even accept the Gatorade or water I bought for them. They safely hustled and worked hard for more than 5 hrs straight. I did get them to agree to let me buy them lunch. Very professional, on time and when Verizon made it very challenging for me to be able to communicate the day before and the day off, they able to work through the difficulties that Verizon wireless kept throughout in our way. I would so call these guys the next time I move but I really hoping to stay were I am for the next 10 yrs.

I hired flash and dash moving to move me out of my one bedroom apartment into a house. I had two pick up locations and wasn’t sure how the logistics would work out. Anyway, I called the company and spoke to Val who was the most helpful from day one. We spoke constantly back and forth about the logistics and he quoted me a reasonable price. I booked with him and kept asking him questions upto the day of- he replied to all of them politely. On the day of, his two men arrived with their truck promptly and were so careful with our stuff. They wrapped all my furniture with mattress covers and tape. Once we arrived at the house they carefully unloaded my boxes and furniture. They even assembled all my furniture that they took apart at the apt. Great guys with great quality work. If you have any doubts - don’t, hire them.

We try to make our prices affordable and fair. At all costs, we avoid any hidden fees so you will know exactly how much you'll be paying as soon as we know exactly what we are moving!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our customers' experience as carefree as possible. So, the only major question that we will be asking is a rundown of their inventory :) pictures are helpful but just a list of furniture would do just fine!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every person in my crew has at least 5 years of experience in moving, so we know how to handle your furniture
