- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to make our prices affordable and fair. At all costs, we avoid any hidden fees so you will know exactly how much you'll be paying as soon as we know exactly what we are moving!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our customers' experience as carefree as possible. So, the only major question that we will be asking is a rundown of their inventory :) pictures are helpful but just a list of furniture would do just fine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every person in my crew has at least 5 years of experience in moving, so we know how to handle your furniture
