We're very happy with JUST5MOVE NYC's work on our moving day. Paris and his team were punctual (actually earlier) and very quick to do the work. They were professional and friendly as well. I was so glad that I chose to work with them. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with unlike many other professionals on Thumbtack who take forever to answer one question and disappear. I will definitely work with them again next time.

The men came and were very quick and efficient in the moving process. No items were damaged everything was secured appropriately. They answered any questions we had and was very attentive the entire time. I would use them again. I really enjoyed such a smooth experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JUST4MOVE our price are very straight forward we don't charge for milage or gas. We do charge for COI and toll separately from your moving service also we do charge for packing services separately.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer you'll need to filled our the information on our website submit to us and we'll create an invoice stating the break down and full cost with a $50 deposit to secure your booking date and time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a highly qualified candidate for any moving job.
