- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
* Minimum billed amount for any job is 3 hours. In case if job takes less than 3 hours - customer is still billed for 3 hours. Any additional time after the initial 3 hours (if required) goes in the 30 minute increments. * Deposit of $100.00 is required for all bookings. Deposit is fully refundable if we are notified of any major changes to the scheduled move (ex.: cancellation) three (3) Business Days prior to scheduled moving date. Deposit will not be refunded if major changes to the scheduled move (ex.: cancellation) notification comes less than three (3) Business Days prior to scheduled moving date. Deposit will be credited towards the bill total on the day of the moving job. * We will gladly assemble/disassemble your furniture, but Only as a part of the moving job. We Do Not offer separate service specifically for furniture assembly/disassembly. * We will gladly pack your items and furniture, but Only as a part of the moving job. We Do Not offer separate service specifically for furniture items and furniture packing. * Free in-person estimates are provided for large moving jobs (over 8 hours or large office moves) within NYC area. * Feel free to tip your crew for outstanding service.
