The move was scheduled for 9am and movers were parking at about 8:50 am and calling me. The two movers were incredible. Very polite, professional, and worked quickly. They were friendly and we found some time to chat. Very lovely people and incredible professionals.
My move was from 9am- 1pm which included drive time between places. The movers were in phone contact. Communication was seamless.
Nothing broken or damaged. They went above and beyond. I had several boxes of fragile glassware. Not one item damaged.
Payment was also easy. Communication with John, who checked in with the movers throughout, sent me the cost and breakdown of it. Exactly what we had discussed.
I sent him Zelle payment and provided cash tip to the movers.
I highly recommend this company and will absolutely continue to use them for future moves, or even tasks. This was the best moving experience I’ve had in NYC.
I’m so overjoyed and impressed by this experience from initial contact- to moving- to last contact.
