I had excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The two movers arrived on time, handled my belongings with great care. And worked efficiently throughout the move. They was professional, friendly, and made a stressful day much easier. Everything arrived safely with no damage to my son’s apartment, and pricing was fair with no hidden surprises. I am someone who has had rough experiences with movers. I was hesitant. John communicated with me seamlessly. He was very responsive and very clear about pricing. Nothing was confusing. He was very easy to talk with and answered any questions promptly. The move was scheduled for 9am and movers were parking at about 8:50 am and calling me. The two movers were incredible. Very polite, professional, and worked quickly. They were friendly and we found some time to chat. Very lovely people and incredible professionals. My move was from 9am- 1pm which included drive time between places. The movers were in phone contact. Communication was seamless. Nothing broken or damaged. They went above and beyond. I had several boxes of fragile glassware. Not one item damaged. Payment was also easy. Communication with John, who checked in with the movers throughout, sent me the cost and breakdown of it. Exactly what we had discussed. I sent him Zelle payment and provided cash tip to the movers. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely continue to use them for future moves, or even tasks. This was the best moving experience I’ve had in NYC. I’m so overjoyed and impressed by this experience from initial contact- to moving- to last contact.

I was moving furniture from West Hempstead to Farmingdale. Join was quick to respond and was reasonable. He came with another mover and wrapped all of the pieces and put them in truck. Everything was well protected. Of course there was an awful storm but he unloaded everything and all went smoothly.
