We spent the last ten years doing what we do best - moving New Yorkers. We got to work with some amazing people, we got to know thousands of customers, and we believe we learned what it takes to make a moving day a positive experience. I have to say Otter was the best. it was my first time moving in 20 years, and I packed terribly. I didn't estimate how much stiff I had, so the amount of things I had took longer than expected. The my movers from Ottrer moving company packed the truck as best as they could, to get my things in as well as they could.

If I was able to give Otters above a 5, I would. The entire process was easy and from the moment of contact their team was phenomenal. Tony was great...even checking in a few hours after the movers showed up to make sure things were good. The movers were professional, communicated on their way to the location, upon arrival, and when they completed the job. Was definitely a great value for the cost....and I need to mention, this was this was a long distance move. I recommend Otters 150%!
