Hired Ray via thumbtack to move a couple of appliances for me. He responded promptly and was very transparent with his rate. Ray was extremely responsive communicated his ETA and was very professional, handling my appliances. He arrive to the location promptly and the delivery was one of the very best experiences I have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure that my appliance was placed in my upstairs apartment. The entrance to the apartment was a little narrow , which made me a little stressed and he reassured me that he would get the job done. he was patient in maneuvering and making sure he took the extra time to get the job done, while paying attention to detail and ensuring that he did not damage anything . He was extremely professional and a joy to work with. I highly recommend his service and even look forward to rehiring him in the future.

I was quite anxious about moving by myself from NYC to CT, until I found Ray. I’ve only ever been moved with family and that is what it felt like when Ray came along…like family. He quickly assessed my needs and gave me an excellent price. He was carefully efficient in moving my things and got things loaded and unloaded FAST. As a single woman, I felt very comfortable and safe. we sat in 2 hours of unexpected traffic, he kept it cool and we had a great conversation.
