FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At URALAN MOVING, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises. We have a standard 2-hour minimum booking requirement, but we work incredibly fast and efficiently to make sure you get the absolute most value out of your time and money. Our rates are fully inclusive of taking apart and reassembling your furniture, as well as wrapping your items securely in protective blankets and shrink wrap at no extra cost. Please keep in mind that any trips requiring travel to or through New Jersey will have additional toll fees added to the final total. Our goal is to keep your small move affordable, stress-free, and completely seamless!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, smooth, and designed to give you peace of mind. First, we discuss the details of your move—such as the items you need transported, your location, and your preferred timeline—so we can confirm the booking details. On the day of the move, we arrive promptly with our spacious Toyota Sienna Minivan, fully equipped with protective blankets and film. We carefully take apart any necessary furniture, wrap your belongings securely, and load everything efficiently. Once we arrive at your destination or storage unit, we unload and reassemble your items exactly where you want them, making sure you are completely satisfied before we consider the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At URALAN MOVING, our training comes from years of hands-on, real-world experience in the moving and logistics industry. We have perfected the art of efficient space planning—knowing exactly how to securely pack and stack items to maximize every inch of our minivan or your storage unit. Additionally, we are fully trained in the safe handling of delicate items, proper lifting techniques, and the professional assembly and disassembly of a wide variety of furniture brands. We believe that practical, on-the-job experience is the best education for delivering a safe, fast, and damage-free move
