- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent and competitive pricing based on the size of the job, distance, and access conditions (stairs, elevators, etc.). For moving jobs, we typically charge an hourly rate with a minimum booking time. Junk removal and delivery jobs are usually quoted as flat rates. There are no hidden fees — we confirm all details before starting so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your request, we quickly review the job details and provide a clear estimate. We may ask a few follow-up questions or request photos to ensure accurate pricing. Once confirmed, we schedule a convenient time and arrive prepared with the right equipment. Our goal is to complete the job efficiently, safely, and with great communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in furniture handling, residential moving, and junk removal. We are trained in proper lifting techniques, careful furniture protection, and efficient loading to maximize truck space and prevent damage. We treat every item with care as if it were our own.
