- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to start with an overall fixed price quote for bids. Once contacted and the client describes in more detail exactly want they need, want and/or are looking for. Generally have different rates for different types of events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step by step. Once contacted, we gather info from the client. After we have all the information (number of people, types of drinks, types of food, etc) we then create a menu based on that information. Client then makes changes or accepts the menu. We are here for them. There have been times where a client has hired us and said they know how many people and that's all and gives us the power to do it all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a combined 60+ years in all aspects of the service and hospitality industry. Between us there have been many training hours and just on the job training. You name it and we have most likely experienced it.
