Fantastic! Ethan and his crew at Metro Awning planned and built a screened-in enclosure for our existing deck in Brooklyn. Ethan, the owner, was hands-on, detail-oriented, and responsive throughout the process. From our first meeting he approached the project like an engineer, not like a salesmanhe focused on listening to our wishes and planning out specs that would meet our objectives, all at a reasonable price. His team of workers was diligent, professional, and courteous in their work, and Ethan was regularly on-site to work with them and supervise. The end product has been excellent: A sturdy aluminum frame and clear polycarbonate roof (looks like tinted glass), fully screened in and with a locking door and a re-routed gutter from the roof. Built on-time, on-spec, and on-budget, with no surprise work, delays, or costs. And Ethan was attentive after the project was done to make sure there were no roof leaks and that we were satisfiedwhich we very much are. Highly recommended.
