Introduction: Music Production Classes with Srikala
Srikala (Srikalogy) is an NYC-based MC, DJ, producer and percussionist.
Bring your projects and inspiration to Srikala and he will offer one on one lessons to help you directly on your music productions or teach you how to create on your own. Srikala uses the powerful Ableton Live software to teach these classes on music production. Most principals are universe across all softwares. Lessons are available in person in NYC or anywhere in the world via Skype.

The Basics
The first look at Ableton can be pretty daunting sometimes. But after completing this Basic Course you will quickly be able to start creating audio recordings and be a step closer to easeful remixing and original song compositions. For producers coming from other softwares like protools and logic you will be able to transfer over your knowledge to this new platform.

You have some sounds and inspirations inside! Upon completion of this course you will understand how to bring those sounds into physical reality. You will have a basic understanding of how to shape, mold and effect sounds that you create or that you have sampled.

You will have a handle on Abletons powerful build in sound creation tools otherwise known as Virtual Instruments

Recording Techniques and Introduction to Mixing
This course will teach you how to bring your sounds together just right. You will become a ninja at sound levels and frequency sharing. Understanding the full spectrum of sound based its lows mids and highs. How to get your bass and kicks living together as one happy family. Record clean and clear vocals and make those vocals pop and shine through the mix. These principles are universal to all audio production software.
