Influenced by the wide varieties of dishes and cultures spread across the five boros. Fueled by a passion for product, creativity and method. A resident of Brooklyn, I am always on the hunt for new inspiration & ways to mix, reimagine and pay tribute to the dishes and people that have been formative in my growth as a cook. I am available for private dinners or events, consulting along with creative collaborations.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always eating out and exploring new neighborhoods at home and abroad.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Anywhere from intimate dinners for 2 to large scale parties for 200. Be it working with brands like Nike, Spotify and Kate Spade or just a special occasion for some close friends, I always strive to bring something exciting and delicious to those I feed.
