I hired Chef Jordan initially as private chef for a dinner party I was hosting around the holidays. I just didn't have it in me to do a whole big event this year and wanted someone else, who could do it better, and more deliciously. From my initial email Chef Jordan was friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to. He sent menu options, detailing every element to every dish he planned for my dinner. I was sold immediately. Instantly I could tell he knew what he was doing, his confidence and experience jumped off the page at me. There was one thing I wanted to change... Crispy Onions... I hate onions and he was happy to omit them! Even offering substations for me, and still making them for my guests who wanted them! After finalizing the menu Chef Jordan did all the shopping, arrived on time, cooked everything, plated it beautifully... so beautifully my guests and I felt like we were in a Michelin Star Restaurant in New York City again. Chef Jordan gave us something we miss so dearly, the perfect dining experience, safely in our homes. He cleaned up, and left my kitchen spotless. He was kind, and his food was so memorable before he even left I let him know I wanted to hire him for weekly meal prep services. Chef Jordan now cooks for my and my family weekly. He makes us the classics we love, and introduces us to new things we'd never think to eat. His range is amazing you can ask for anything and he can make it. It's super kid friendly too! He makes my daughter "the best buttered noodles she has ever had" elevating it in a small way that the whole family fights over it. If it were up to us we'd never eat anyone else's food again. I can't recommend Chef Jordan enough!

Jordan was amazing to set up the menu to communicate on the preparation of the diner and very flexible to our preferences and need. I will highly recommend to hire him as a chef !!

Jordan was amazing! We had an intimate dinner for my husbands birthday for four people and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. Jordan had the perfect temperament for the job, not to mention the food was outstanding! It is going to be hard to enjoy regular restaurants again after this experience. He also was incredibly responsive and flexible with his services. We will definitely be having him over again!
