- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in service and we want to establish lifelong collaborations with our clients. All aspects of the projects will be discussed up front. Quality and customer satisfaction are our ultimate goals and the key to a successful project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The overall process is created to make our clients feel comfortable and excited through each phase. We start with phone call to understand the project and explain our organizing methodologies. We follow up with an in-person consultation to access the space, and then a subsequent work proposal will be sent out. Once agreed upon we can begin scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in HR and Office management. Organization was a key component to my success. We spend more time at our offices than we do with our loved ones. So, making sure that it was always running efficiently was my driving force while in the industry.
