- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are good and affordable with excellent service. We charge by the hour and will give you an estimate of the time required for the job and entire job scope. Consultation are free within 15 miles, .65 cents per mile thereafter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Know what they want to keep and throw out. I have three categories 1.what are you going to keep, 2.what are you going to donate,3.what are you going to throw away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a professional organizer and carpenter by trade and I have a Associate of Occupational studies-Massage Therapy.I have history in business and management.
