What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge hourly–for organizing and any sourcing/planning needs. If you aren't ready to commit but want to start the dialogue, I charge a $50 fee for in home walkthroughs. If you decide to book with me, that fee will be applied back to the final bill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it's super helpful to connect on a walkthrough before we get started or if you could send photos with your organizing goals. Then I like to meet the customer at their pace. We can take our time or get as much done as we can in a certain timeframe. I do like to get started before we start purchasing any product so we can really understand our needs or if we do a walkthrough, I can start taking measurements and ideating on our needs. Happy to answer any other questions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a creative background in the fashion and retail industry but also have always had a strong love for home decorating. I bring my creative eye and problem solving skills into solving your hard to crack organizing problems.
