I'm a strength/conditioning specialist and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Kinesiology: Exercise Science. I believe in making fitness a fun experience but more importantly, I train for RESULTS. In each of our sessions we'll be covering everything from nutrition, training routines outside of sessions and recovery protocols. All, After working with Kris for the last number of months, I cannot give him a high enough praise. The experience and knowledge that he was able to provide me throughout our sessions was both time AND money well spent! Kris emphasizes form, technique, and the deeper understanding of each individual movement throughout his sessions to provide his clients with the tools to achieve their fitness goals and develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle. As an athlete throughout my entire life I questioned the ability of a trainer to add significant “alpha” above and beyond my current self as it pertains to diet, strength, and physique. However, Kris far exceeded my expectations and has instilled a new mentality and mindset towards exercise, diet, and work ethic. Kris is a great trainer. He’s knowledgeable, focused and just a nice guy. He really pays attention to you and your work out and comes up with really interesting stuff to do. Working out can be boring. Kris makes it good.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For first time customers, I do offer complementary sessions depending on the package they are looking to purchase.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Each session consist of a 5-10 minute warm up. After the warm up comes these strength training/abdominal work followed by a stretch.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Precision Nutrition Certification Prenatal/Postnatal Certification
