From the first moment we met, I knew I had made the right decision selecting Katie from many who responded. Katie listens to what I say but also watches my movements closely to correct positions as well as encourage me to push myself while paying close attention to any discomfit that I might have. When issues arise, she is quick with plan B and explains each move, each position and patiently works with me til I get it right. She is terrific.

I am so thankful I found Katie to help me on my journey of becoming a healthier person. Having her sessions by video feels just like having her in the room with me because she’s watching how I perform each movement and giving me guidance along the way. She’s often even working out with me, which is so motivating because I feel like I’m working out with a friend. Her advanced level of education and her understanding of the human body and mind become immediately apparent as she consults with you to d I’ve worked with trainers in the past who didn’t seem to understand the fluctuations in my level of motivation and would make me feel bad about myself if I had a lapse of eating some junk food or not working out for a a couple days. Katie is a great trainer who makes training fun! She has a broad spectrum from knowing everything from HIIT to dance workouts. I enjoyed spending time with her and felt great after our sessions! I highly recommend her.

Katie is amazing! Not only did she make our sessions fun and interesting, she helped me organize my fitness plan for the days I didn’t see her, provided nutrition advice along with recipe ideas, didn’t mind holding my crying baby during the workout, and constantly upgraded our workout by finding new exercises for me. She tracked my body fat % and BMI which went down dramatically after this summer with her! I’m happy to continue losing weight with her sessions and now we are working on strength training. She is also very sweet, easy to talk to, punctual, and emphatic to my needs. Well worth the money!

Katie is an experienced & committed trainer. I started training with her once a week and I really enjoyed the variety & challenge that she put into the sessions. Always focused on helping me achieve my goals and every session challenging (& somehow fun). Because of Katie and her help I started wanting to push myself harder throughout each session. What was important to me and what Katie delivered was to ensure that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I thoroughly enjoyed working out with Katie and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.
