Vasyl has already been super helpful in the short time I've known him as I embark on this new fitness & health journey. I am very excited to continue to work together. He has helped me understand the workouts and has pushed me to new limits while remaining considerate of my capabilities and current shape I am in. I am a former athlete who's lifestyle in recent years has not lent itself to regular exercise. One of my goals for 2019 is to run an obstacle race which requires extensive training to get back in top shape. Additionally, I have muscle sensitivities which must be carefully considered when training for something like this. I hired Vasyl to help me get back in shape and have been delighted at his holistic approach to health and wellness and impressed by his extensive knowledge base. He challenges me physically and mentally to expand my limits while being sensitive to my injuries and lifestyle requirements. He is always on time, prompt in his responses, and extremely professional. Additionally, he shows great care and dedication to his clients. I'm very pleased with my experience so far and look forward to continuing my journey towards health with him as my champion. This trainer is the real deal! He is personable, patient, friendly and easy to work with. Though I loathe going to the gym and working out, Vasyl motivates me to eat healthy and work out consistently. In every session, we accomplish so much (stretching, warm-ups, circuit training, cardio and then more stretching). I have already raved to all of my friends about how great he is. Hire him and thank me later!

The prices are negotiable. I do offer a free assessment to go over your goals, physical limitations, any injuries and from there we build you a custom package of: 5 pack of sessions with a $20 discount 10 pack of sessions with a $30 discount 15 pack of sessions with a $40 discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First day we will have a talk about your goals and how we can achieve them. Do an over head assessment. Dona small work out.
