Regarding the concern about the senior cat’s feeding - it sounds like there may have been a miscommunication on our end. We followed your instructions for the cats - providing the wet food as specified, keeping the dry food bowl filled daily, replenishing water and making sure one of the cats got her lickables on the paper plate triangles just as you outlined. We want to make sure we’re providing the best care possible, so we’ll be sure to give more detailed updates during future visits to keep you informed about each cat’s eating habits and overall well-being. If we misunderstood any part of the feeding routine, we’d be happy to discuss this further to ensure we’re completely aligned for any future services. We also want to acknowledge that while you initially provided incorrect dates for the pet sitting, we were happy to accommodate our schedules last minute once we sorted out the confusion to make sure your cats were still properly cared for.
