- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge affordable rates and a little more if there’s extensive travel involved
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find out what they have learned so far if anything ; based on that I create a level of learning that works for them; I also like to find out the type of music they like so they can possibly choose their favorite music to play
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
