I hired Bulat to try to fix a "cottage shed" kit that was a disaster--the wood had been cut inaccurately, pieces were missing or mislabeled, the roofing was in bad shape. To add to the project's difficulty, the entire thing was being built on a platform five feet off the ground. Bulat and his partner Bill showed up on time, toured the project with me, and got to work. A few hours later, they'd accomplished a small miracle, and I now have an outbuilding that I can spruce up and turn into a clubhouse for my kids. Throughout, they were professional, accommodated my kids and dogs cheerfully, and worked hard. Hire this man--you will not regret it!
