Thank you so much for this review. When we install a new garden, trees, and especially a new lawn, we always offer maintenance. We expressed to Bracha that the yard and the trees would have to be watered according to the weather. As you can see in the picture she uploaded, the grass is dry and is a clear sign of it not being watered properly. Bracha reached out and let us know that her yard needed some assistance and we offered to help her. We charged her a standard fee for us to go see what we can do to assist and she informed us that she has a local $40 gardener that she turns to for assistance. in this case, she got exactly what she paid for. We did the work, we planted everything, we should be the one maintaining the lawn. They opted to go with the cheaper option and got the results that fit.Let our future clients please understand the importance of maintenance and sticking with the company who initially did your install. Once you get another contractor to work for you within the yard, that becomes their responsibility. We do not work for free and that is what Bracha wanted. After 2 months there really is nothing we can do to assist. When we plant a garden or plants/lawn for clients, it is important that the plants are watered in between visits. If plants aren't growing in properly we are happy to assist within a timely manner. After 2 months of a yard being serviced by another gardener there is nothing more we can assist you with,. Hopefully your $40 guy can follow the instructions that we emailed to you on how to re[pair your lawn. It shouldn't be too difficult for him/them to figure out. Judging by the picture, you may need to get some new guys. Pictures of this job will be posted.
