- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are per participant per lesson or package of lessons. Prices are in alignment with other professionals and amenities companies and after competitive. Customers save per lesson when they purchase a package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step by step guided discovering. Finding out what drills or technique students are good at and or enjoy, building on those skills, increasing the swimmer's confidence. Meeting each student where they are at, checking in, constantly reacessing progress and providing new challenges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor and CPR certified. I hold private swim instructor insurance and can add your building under my coverage. I've worked with a swim team, a triathlon training. I have a Bachelor's in Fine Art in llustration from Parsons The New School for Design. I also currently work at a yoga studio in exchange for free yoga.
