- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mobile Notary Services, In-office Notary Services, Bank Closing Services, Settlement Agent Closing Services, Title Closer, Title Closing Services. Drive-by inspections, Process Services, County Field Filings and County Retrieval Services, Apostille Services, Translation Services (Spanish, Turkish, Italian, Russian & Uzbek providers). Our services are available in-house or mobile, we can travel to your location or you may come to our location. Proper ID is a must; expired ID is not accepted. Acceptable forms of ID: Drivers License, Passport, Non-Drivers ID. Secondary ID: Social Security Card, Credit Card, Medicare Card, Insurance Card.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have been a Mobile Notary for over 7 years and I have met many wonderful Notaries. The Notarization of a document is pretty simple for all Notaries therefore; the best possible thing that you can do is find one that can meet your needs. Are they available at your convenience? Are they able to answer your questions? Are their fees within your budget? A Notary will be coming into your home (if you cannot travel to them) so, you want to be sure that you are comfortable with them on some level before they come. Also, I have an office location whereas many notaries work solely from home. Do not let that discourage you, a professional Notary will meet with you at any location you designate, provided safety is not a concern. We Notaries worry about our safety too. If you're looking for a Bank and or Title Closer; you want to make sure that you use a competent and experienced closer.
