We will manage your properties for a percentage each month and make sure maintenance is handled. We can also help you find more properties to add to your portfolio, perform make ready and staging services, and even sell them if you so choose.

They were great. Very efficient in helping remove mounted lights I had and patching all the holes around my apartment before I moved out. In addition, they noticed I was having trouble moving my bike and floor plant to my new apartment and offered to transport them for me. Highly recommended—thank you again for all your help!

I highly recommend Durrell for any handy project you might have. He replaced the sliders on my big dresser drawer. He was careful, professional and ensured the drawer was closing completely before saying the job was done. I would hire them again in a second.
He was also super responsive. About 10 min after I posted my job, I had a price quote and had settled on an exact day/time (the next day) for the job. It could not have gone any smoother.
