As a native Brooklynite, Mark understands what it takes to navigate through this concrete jungle we call New York. Mark entered the real estate industry as an accountant in 2013 where he oversaw the expenses of over 40 buildings. Within the same month, he started managing a portfolio of 14 buildings and discovered his true calling, property management. With a strong background of accounting, years of customer service experience, and nearly a decade of property management, Mark understands the need for a building to operate at low cost while maximizing rents and complying with the ever-changing rent laws of NYC. I really thought you couldn’t have both a great management and apartment. Mark is super responsive with any issues I have from a small leak to the lease agreement.

Mark is a straight shooter. I was hesitant to call at first because I have a one bedroom unit that I rented out and need help managing. I was worried that it maybe too small of a project for him to accept. He responded right away and went over the process of property management with me. Mark is professional, down to earth, and experienced. He offered me advice on how to set up my lease properly. Needless to say, I hired him. I’m happy with his service. I recommended him to my friends as well. Most management companies that I reached out to have a minimum amount of units that they managed. Not with Mark.
