We hired Sierra Management three years ago because we desperately needed someone to manage our properties in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. After three failed managers, we were hesitant to hire someone else, but it turned out to be the best decision for us. They provide regular financial reports to keep current on the building. They have excellent maintenance request turn around because of their vast relationship with contractors. And they were able to keep our building fully occupied during the pandemic. We strongly suggest you hire them for your management needs! They are very professional and the quality of work is excellent.

We offer flexible proposals curtailed to your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with an introductory call. After that we like to visit the property to asses the property and meet with the owner. From there we can produce a Management Agreement that meets the owners objectives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder holds a Master's Degree in Economic Development from NYU Stern and hold licenses and certificates.
