- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our monthly management fee is a percentage of rent, and the percentage goes down as rent goes up. It's around 10% for rents up to $4,000, 9% up to $6,000, 8% up to $8,000, 7% up to $10,000, 6% up to $15,000 and 5% up to $20,000. We also take leasing-only and repairs-only jobs. Ask us for terms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a call about your building, your tenants and what you want handled. Then we walk the property, review your leases, rents and compliance items, and send you a written proposal. Once you sign, we set up your owner account, introduce ourselves to your tenants and take over rent collection, maintenance and compliance, as applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 37+ years and 300+ units of career experience managing New York property. We're a licensed New York real estate brokerage, and we keep current on NYC rules like rent stabilization, Good Cause Eviction, HPD registration and local law inspections.
