Our pricing is based on scope and complexity of your property's management needs, which will be assessed during our onboarding conversation and a property walkthrough.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we determine that our service is a good fit for your needs, we will schedule at time to meet you and see the property in person. Following the property walkthrough we will provide a proposal and sample contract for our ongoing service.

Wright Realty Group is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York. Kevin Wright also holds a NY certification as a General Real Estate Appraiser.
