My wife and I recently leased one of Gene's listings, and our experience working with him was nothing short of phenomenal.I'll start by saying that the listing we rented no fee for us because the owner was covering it; that said, it was as if we had paid Gene top dollar ourselves - the level of service, patience, and understanding Gene had in working with us on the leasing and co-op board approval process was unlike anything I've experienced in the NYC rental market. It was our first time renting an apartment in a co-op building, and for anyone who isn't a native New Yorker, the process is unlike anything else in the country (from a rental perspective) and can be quite confusing. We had lots of questions about things that were likely very basic to folks more familiar with the process, and Gene was so patient, answering our questions quickly and thoroughly. He was also a wonderful intermediary between ourselves and our landlord while we were awaiting co-op board approval. Even the handoff process from working with Gene to working directly with the landlord once we had final approval on the apartment was absolutely fantastic.If we are ever looking to rent or buy in NYC in the future, we'll look no further than Gene.

Here’s a short list of services I provide to my rental clients: 1. Daily internal and external search of on/off-market listings that meet your criteria. 2. Experienced feedback regarding market, area, building, and management. 3. Provision of floor plans, measurements, videos and other data. 4. Setting up viewing schedule that’s smooth and efficient. 5. Negotiation of lease terms. 6. Communication with management on your behalf. 7. Punch-list walk-through of any items that need to be corrected. 8. Assistance with the application including document review. 9. Coordination of schedule with building maintenance/mgmt prior to move-in . 10. Provision of qualified movers and other contractors (as needed). Here’s a short list of services I provide to my seller clients: 1.
