This plumber gave us information that directly contradicted what was told to us by National Grid. They basically tried to extort us out of $3K and then refused to do the $800 job when we found out we called and asked and were told we didn’t need to pay any “licensing fees”. We just needed the work fixed. Disgusting behavior!
