I contacted Lashanda to help rewrite my daughter's (new grad, limited experience) resume. Soooo much better!!! She changed the format, highlighted different educational and experience areas, made it more professional. She is super responsive and timely in her communication. Her first draft was great, only a tiny tweaking, also gave us a template for a cover letter to send out. All in all loved working with her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to get to know the customer and their goals. I do not use a template to draft a resume. I skillfully combine the industry trends and keywords to create your personal story. I communicate with the customer to ensure that I am capturing key information. I will draft a resume and offer unlimited edits for 7 days, for free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in Healthcare Management and a M.S in Human Resource Management. I started my HR Career in 2009 and currently work as a Senior HR Business Partner.
