- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard service calls are billed hourly with a 1-hour minimum. Most WiFi and troubleshooting jobs take 1–2 hours. Ethernet installations are quoted after discussing the scope. Any service call fee is applied toward the final job if work is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact me, I’ll ask a few quick questions to understand the issue. If possible, I provide an estimate before arriving. On-site, I diagnose the problem, explain the solution clearly, and complete the work efficiently. I make sure everything is tested and working before I leave
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
11 years networking experience 7 years designing installing and configuring private networks for high-net worth individuals, think Google CEOs, Henry Kissinger, people with photos of Oprah and Obama on their fridge 4 years of doing the same thing in commercial settings for Fortune 500 clients like Pfizer, Morgan Stanley and Chubb Insurance.
