- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically hourly with a minimum, depending on the type of job. There are no hidden fees — any additional costs are discussed upfront. I’m always transparent about pricing and happy to adjust the plan to fit the customer’s needs when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the job details and asking a few clarifying questions. Once everything is clear, I confirm availability, provide an estimate, and schedule the job. On the day of service, I arrive prepared with tools and focus on working efficiently and safely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is primarily hands-on and field-based. I have completed safety training, learned proper lifting techniques, and gained extensive practical experience with moving, assembly, and handling heavy or delicate items.
