- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to have a strong social media presence, costumers should seek long term strategies. One of the most important thing for Social Media is posting every day, for example. I’m open for an hourly contract, or weekly/monthly one. Whatever fits better for my client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first goal is to understand the current situation my client has and what he/she wants to reach. It’s important to be familiar with the content you are going to be working with. If I know I understand enough about my client’s product and can reach his/her goals, we are good to go :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a major in Journalism - Social Communication. My thesis was about marketing through social media.
