- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the complexity of the tax return. The fee that I charge has nothing to do with how much tax you pay or how much of a refund you receive
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather client's last year's tax returns and this year's documents to analyze their situation and make sure that I'm aware of everything that they have going on that concerns their tax filings. I then ask all relevant questions to prepare a complete and accurate tax return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Accounting from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and I'm an IRS licensed Enrolled Agent.
