Pricing depends on the type of service and the complexity of your situation. I review your needs first and confirm the total fee before any work begins. There are no hidden charges. Additional fees may apply for rush requests, amended returns, or prior-year issues. Payment is typically required upfront. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick discussion to understand your needs. I then confirm the service, timeline, and fee upfront. You securely upload your documents, I complete the work, review everything with you, and finalize the service. I remain available for follow-up questions after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Tax Care Solutions team includes an Enrolled Agent (EA) with formal training in individual and business tax preparation. Our firm also works with certified tax professionals and completes ongoing IRS-approved continuing education to stay current with tax laws and compliance requirements.
