While the employee named Nick inspected it, he noticed that we had kids and, without pause, attempted to repair the system. Even though the system kept fighting him, he figured out how to get it turned on. It might not be a permanent solution to all my woes, but he got the heat turned on to protect my family.I offered him compensation, which he refused, saying, I just did what any regular person would do. What he did, however, was what only an amazing, decent human being does.
