I've used Ivette from cruise planners for 3 of my family's vacations and each time she makes it really easy. For my last vacation I told her I was interested in cruise and she came back with options for me, she even found us a hotel for the days leading up untill the cruise so we could do some sight seeing. She was really easy to work with and very patient during the process! Thanks ivette!

Ivette from cruise planners was incredible at making sure my cruise went off without a hitch. From the flight, to the airport pickup, to the water in my cruise cabin, ivette made sure there was nothing I had to be worried about. Highly recommended for anyone looking to go on a fun trip without the added stress of planning everything themselves .

I booked my first cruise/major vacation with Ivette from cruiseplanners and I was thoroughly impressed with my whole experience. From the moment I inquired about the trip, the response was friendly, punctual and professional. I was given a few options to choose from and Ivette helped me make the best decision for my budget. Throughout the entire process I didnt feel overwhelmed and was really impressed with how seamless booking/paying for the trip went. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system in travel - rates fluctuate based of time of travel, length of travel and category. At Cruise Planners/Sail the Seas Travel we always try to get the best available rates for our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first determine the type of travel my client needs - this is usually by speaking with them first. Speaking with a potential client is the best way to gauge what their needs are. I do the research necessary to provide my client the information they need to create their dream vacation. I make sure to get back to my client within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended training as it relates to my travel business. I have earned the following certificates: Disney College of Knowledge, Sandals Certified Specialist, Jamaica Travel Specialist, Anchorage Wild Expert.. just to name a few.
