I've used Ivette from cruise planners for 3 of my family's vacations and each time she makes it really easy. For my last vacation I told her I was interested in cruise and she came back with options for me, she even found us a hotel for the days leading up untill the cruise so we could do some sight seeing. Ivette from cruise planners was incredible at making sure my cruise went off without a hitch. From the flight, to the airport pickup, to the water in my cruise cabin, ivette made sure there was nothing I had to be worried about. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There is no standard pricing system in travel - rates fluctuate based of time of travel, length of travel and category. At Cruise Planners/Sail the Seas Travel we always try to get the best available rates for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first determine the type of travel my client needs - this is usually by speaking with them first. Speaking with a potential client is the best way to gauge what their needs are. I do the research necessary to provide my client the information they need to create their dream vacation. I make sure to get back to my client within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have attended training as it relates to my travel business. I have earned the following certificates: Disney College of Knowledge, Sandals Certified Specialist, Jamaica Travel Specialist, Anchorage Wild Expert.. just to name a few.
