I was shocked when the young technician showed up to my place in what looked like a half a station wagon. I should have followed my instinct and never let them take my TV out of my house but I did not I pay the price. They brought back my TV dropped it off on Thanksgiving which was really annoying in itself & on top of that the delivery person was super rude and in a rush dropped the TV off, did not show us it was still in working order (they could not fix the dimming light issue) as they we rushing off (now I know why) Today I went to put the TV back with my husband and its broken, screen shattered on the corner. it does even show a picture anymore! I called these scammers and they told us the TV was fine when we dropped it off. Really?Not only do I think the TV was damaged with the technician taking down to his little car with my husband but who knows how they treated it when we are not around?I had a TV services a while back and the company came with a TV BOX, bubble wrapping, padding, tape and those wheely dolly things. These people came with nothing and one person?STAY AWAY.
