Anyone with oriental carpets knows how hard they are to clean, and if you have multiple dogs...
I have 5 rugs in various states of disrepair. I'm putting my apartment on the market in a really short time frame, so wanted them cleaned up without having to be taken out and waiting weeks and spending thousands - but cleaning improperly can do more harm than good. Reuven & co. were totally flexible with timing, and gave me a fair price and honest assessment of what they could do without removing the rugs. The steam cleaning was specifically targeted for oriental rugs in terms of chemicals and water levels, etc. An hour later the rugs are looking better than they have in years. Thank you, Reuven!

Reuven and all of the guys at NYC Steam Cleaning are an absolute pleasure! I wouldn't call anyone else to take care of any of my carpets, sofas, tiles etc. and when you own a dog they're pretty much on speed dial. They're polite, trustworthy, punctual and always do phenomenal work. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone whenever someone is in need of cleaning.

I have long been a fan of NYC Steam Cleaning, always referring them to clients purchasing and/or selling their homes. I just used them the first time for my personal home and I am so pleased! I am amazed at how great the 10 year old carpet looks. If I had known how good it would have turned out, I would have called them months ago!

NYC Steam Cleaning has been to our house a few times now to help with "new puppy" carpets. The owner is a nice guy that will use the best tools for your specific carpet needs. Our carpets look great after cleaning.
