I had an extraordinary experience with Lois from Pat's Pillow Paradise on a complex (i.e. tufted chesterfield) couch reupholstery project. Lois is not only talented, she deeply cares about her clients being 100% satisfied and truly goes above and beyond when it comes to delivering the highest quality service. For example, she brought me samples to try different levels of firmness and made suggestions to get the most bang for my buck. I had a seat and back cushion of my sofa rejuvenated with down. Perfectly done. I also had a chair that required removing the upholstery and it was done with any blemish. The chair is comfortable and looks great. Highly recommended.
