I was happy with the service. I am not sure how many of my guests used the service but those that did were very satisfied with it. Only problem i had was not knowing it went into overtime until i received the final bill, but its not the valet's fault. Only suggestion i would have is to make your valet sign more visible. Maybe a little pop up tent or lights on the actual sign. Some guest said they kind of drove passed it. Other than that, i will use them again at all my events. Thank you, sorry i have no photos to add.

This was my first experience with hiring a valet parking service, so I was quite nervous about making the right selection. I realized that the attendants would represent my guests' very first experience of the evening, and if mishandled, would set a negative tone for the event. I chose V.A. VIP SERVICES based on their favorable online reviews...their promptness in returning my initial call...and owner Vlad's professional manner and courtesy during our preliminary conversations. It turns out those first positive impressions were predictive of the rest of the experience. The parking manager, Roman, and his crew of three attendants, made an amazing, efficient team. They inspired such confidence that after meeting them upon their arrival (they showed up early) -- and witnessing my first guests drive up and be professionally and courteously greeted -- I went inside to enjoy the party without worrying about how the parking was being handled. I didn't see the crew again until the very end of the evening when the last guest's car departed. If you ever need the services of a valet parking provider, there's no need to spend time comparison-shopping - make V.A. your go-to provider.

Hired them for our son’s 6th birthday party, staff arrived on time properly dressed and were professional. Even though we paid for the shuttle and didn’t get one, the attendants immediately worked it out with the owner of the company and made sure our guests wouldn’t experience any trouble. The attendants were alert and professional throughout the time and careful with the vehicles. No one however, was wearing a mask unless they were already vaccinated but I am not sure if got any information on attendants wearing masks during the shift. Nevertheless, the entire process completed without any issues or concerns. So very pleased with the young men and the professionalism they showed. Even my neighbors were impressed! So definitely worth the $$ and I am fully satisfied.

We offer a 50% discount on our Red Carpet Service for first time clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Put together a proposal according to event. After approval we send out a contract. After contract is signed we acquire a credit card on file and only charge the card with permission after the end of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years in the valet industry and working with people.
