MrCoqPlanning was easily the most professional day of coordinator we’ve encountered (granted, we’ve only had one wedding!). He had that uncanny ability to make us feel like the center of the universe on our special day. Every detail? Spot-on. Every need? Addressed. Mac was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding on Sunday, April 26, 2026. His professionalism, attention to detail, and over 10 years of experience truly showed in every aspect of the day. He kept everything running smoothly and made us feel completely at ease. An extremely fun moment for us and our guest was doing a highly recommend "Round Robbin" group photos where the bride and groom stay on the dance floor sitting down while each table is called so to come to them to take pictures within a few mins. The dj plays an upbeat song as tables are being called. EVERYONE LOVED this. Trust me you want this added to your wedding. Guest were creative bringing props from their table for the photos! Mac partnered well with our DJ and did an amazing job leading leading the Round Robbin engaging our guest.
We would highly recommend Mac for day-of coordination as well as any special event. From start to finish, he brings a level of care and expertise that truly sets him apart. You can feel confident knowing you’re in great hands!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Coq as both our wedding coordinator and host! From the very beginning, he asked all the right questions during the planning process to ensure every detail was flawlessly executed. Mac was awesome! We hired him for day-of services, and went with Mac because he was willing to help with whatever we needed, no hidden costs. We had a 2 day wedding and Mac was not only on time and helpful the entire weekend, but some of our guests made a point to compliment him specifically!
Day 1 - Mac created my centerpieces exactly as we discussed. Some of the DIY elements did not work to my vision and Mac was able to problem solve without involving us. He kept us on a tight schedule and was even keeled even when some of our vendors mat have been unkind.
Day 2 - Mac assisted with our venue coordinators and continued to problem solve everything! He worked with the MC and DJ tog et the party started - we were running around the room to classic soca hits!
My husband and I were able to enjoy the entire weekend without any knowledge of issues, if there were any! I'd highly recommend Mac's services to anyone who's looking to have a coordinator who is competent and reliable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Though i do have sent prices. At times I do work with my client depending on their budget. Also my fees are seperate from the vendor fees when I am planning a wedding. But with that noted I do not charge too much either. What I am for is to help the couple spend in a way that they will enjoy and not regret, because what truely matters to me more is seeing my client happy and joyful on thier big day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call my client at first to get a sense of who they are and what they would like thier day to turn out to. I like to hear all the questions and ideas they have even if they are not concrete ideas yet. That way I can work together with them and chisel away what is not needed or advise them to a better option/choice. They I proceed to explain on how I work and what my services offer. 99% of the time, by the time I done speaking with my client they feel more relaxed and at ease.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of training in planning. As I mentioned before I been watching and learning from my mother on how she planned and coordinated weddings. 9 years ago I started planning parties myself to full success. as of 4 years ago I started planning and coordinated wedding. planning is something I just love to do. I love seeing how everything just comes together so well.
