I had accepted Richard's offer to install my door. He came on time, was very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. There were even instances he made runs to Home Depot just to get the job done right. My new door looks great.
I now have him redoing doing my living room ceiling which had to be ripped out because of a really bad leak from the top floor bathroom. This type of project takes several days to do right because of the many layers of plaster needed to get the ceiling smooth and he did just that. He's coming tomorrow to finish up with paint, pretty excited to get my living room back.
One more thing I wanted to add, while my ceiling was broken up I figured it would be the best time to get my thermostats re-wired. I live in a 2 floor home (not including basement) and for some odd reason, the thermostat on the 1st floor controlled only heat and the thermostat on the 2nd floor controlled only AC. I showed Richard and he ran the proper wires so I could have everything controlled on one thermostat. This was another job he did for me which he did great, he ran all the wires within the walls of my home. Hopefully he can be my go to guy for my home repairs and renovations.

The painting is wonderful! It took three days to paint my bathroom because of the original poor condition of the wall and Richard did a great job. Now everything looks new and clean. His price is also very reasonable and it's amazing that he can come the same day that I posted my job. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone!

Very quick and professional. Got the job done. I used to him to fix a door that wouldn't close and then also had him paint a bedroom. I'll definitely call him again the next time I need a handyman.
