I have a full-service digital media production service called Dinosaur Hawk Films. I produce the script breakdowns, manage production, and edit video. DH consists of a full creative team available for hire during production. All of us work in the field and join together creatively in our off time.

I am a writer who loves to help projects stay efficient and on brand while keeping crew on a reasonable work day schedule. Working as a freelance producer / editor allows me the freedom to write and create my own projects. It is a very rewarding career to help creatives!

I dissect your script, split every department into its own sheet, and research the best solution for obtaining every requirement to tell your story.
YOU PROVIDE:
The completed script, as many details and preferences currently on brain for the project.
I PROVIDE
Patience, nimble fingers, a spreadsheet, and Celtx.

- MY PROCESS FOR VIDEO EDITING
We discuss the type of project first. If this is a one day music video shoot, I'd like to be there to take notes. This is not required for all shoot types. Upon wrapping production, we'll meet, exchange footage, and review your preferred takes / desired story edit.
I use Final Cut X and am certified in Final Cut Pro 7. I am familiar with Avid and Adobe Premiere, but do not own these programs.
YOU PROVIDE:
The footage, an external hard drive for the project.
I PROVIDE
Macbook Air with Final Cut X, mobility up to 5 miles, and a pleasant calm attitude.
